Precision Steel Custom Doors, LLC., warrants its steel doors, windows and glass, to be free from defect in material and workmanship (excluding finish) and will repair or replace any defective product or parts at Precision Steel Custom Doors’ sole discretion. Precision Steel also warrants factory-applied product finishes. Each of our product lines carry exceptional limited warranties as indicated:
Artisan Series products carry a limited 10-year product warranty, a 10-year limited warranty on glass and a 5-year warranty on finishes.
Classic Series products carry a limited 10- year product warranty, a 10-year limited warranty on glass, a 5-year limited warranty on finish.
Storefront Exterior Series products carry a limited 5-year product warranty, a 10-year limited warranty on glass, and a 5-year limited warranty on finish.
Storefront Interior Series products carry a limited 5-year product warranty, a 10-year limited warranty on glass, and a 5-year warranty on finish.
